At Altec Lansing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.
Label and Ship
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your returned device, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
